THEHRD (Hoge Raad voor Diamant), which translated means "High Council of the Diamond", was founded in 1973 in Belgium, in Antwerp.
In fact it is theonly officially recognized representative of diamonds of Belgium, both commercially and industrially, and this certificate enjoys an excellent reputation throughout the world.
The Diamond High Council releases de facto three types of certification. One who proves itauthenticity, thus excluding the possibility that it is an imitation or a synthetic stone. The second includes a detailed description about the quality, shape, weight, clarity level, fluorescence, color grading, size, aspect ratio, and finish level.
